Chef Geoff Rhyne was working on a new oyster dish in Charleston, South Carolina when he struck gold: The Fresno sauce he created for it was such a hit, even non-spice seekers were snatching it from the tables before leaving the restaurant. He bottled up his signature blend so we could drizzle it over anything we please—and now, many new concoctions later, there’s a lot more goodness where that came from.
