Woodnose makes a one-of-a-kind non-alcoholic aperitif, and we have husband-and-husband team Justin and Roger to thank for it. Dubbed Sacré, it’s made with fermented maple syrup straight from Justin’s family farm in Vermont—along with fair-trade, shade-grown coffee. The flavor is pleasantly bitter (and just the kind of thing you can enjoy right out of the bottle).
