Traditionally called a fish slice in the 1800s, this shiny copper spatula (circa 1850) is truly multipurpose, functioning as a strainer, spoon, and spatula in one. It's handcrafted from a very heavy single piece of copper and has holes for straining and a curled end on the handle for hanging.
