We designed the ultimate knife.
When we wanted to create a better everyday steak knife, we turned to R. Murphy Knives for a solution -- they have over a century and a half of experience making some of America’s favorite knives -- and we’re thrilled to be collaborating with them on this design. We took inspiration from the sharp blade and sturdy handle of a classic hunting knife, softened the corners and refined the blade shape, and came up with our very own Everyday Steak Knife that excels in both form and function.
It features a gently curved, comfortable-to-grasp handle and a stainless steel, hand-ground blade. Boston Handyworks – a social enterprise whose mission is to empower and employ the homeless – created an original handmade wooden box (with a magnetic closure!) to complete the set. In design and make, this is a knife worthy of the finest cuts.
