Cedar & Alder Grilling Wraps
Turns out it's not complicated to get that smoky, woodsy taste in your salmon or meat (or anything you can grill!) -- these paper-thin wooden wraps get tied with twine around your food, then placed directly on the grill (soak them for 5 minutes before using for the most flavor).

Western red cedar, alder (twine is included)
