Meet the Maker
Portland , OR
In 2011 Kati Von Lehman started working from home to be able to care for her daughter, Loraine. In addition to sewing and knitting a lot of Loraine's clothes, she built furniture and toys from materials she found or repurposed. Continuing a life long study in design and craft, she took some courses in woodworking and ceramics -- she wanted to design and make everything she used in a way that would suit her lifestyle and also be beautiful. She makes serving vessels, houseware objects, and furniture utilizing the idea of multi-function and efficiency, and many items that nest, or hang, or stack away in tight places.View Full Profile
