This is the first time we've tried a condiment like this, and it's really the perfect example of why we love high-low combinations so much. Take humble and unassuming Veganaise, and blend in sumptuous, earthy, intense white truffles. You end up with a creamy, rich condiment that we spread on sandwiches, use as a dip for fresh vegetables, and blend into chicken salad (yeah, we went there).
