What's better than one of Olympia Provisions' incredibly good salami? Twelve of them. You'll get to sample 12 different salamis crafted from local pork using an old-world technique. Each month you get one salami (approximately 4.5 ounces each) along with detailed tasting notes.
Upon purchase, you'll get a welcome letter that congratulates you (or a friend!) as a new member and thoroughly notes the yummy details, who purchased it for them, as well as the first salami.

Details & Materials -
Pork, pork fat, salt, contains 2% or less of dextrose, garlic, sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, spices, lactic acid starter culture, and water
Each salami is approximately 4.5 ounces (1 per month)
Care & Notes -
Keep refrigerated. Salami is a shelf-stable product, meaning it has no expiration date. It will dry out the more it sits out, but it will never go bad on you.
