Dorothy Stainbrook had a past life as a bartender, and she has loved using that particular background with liqueurs and wines to enhance the flavors of fresh fruit. She's gone from a bartender to white collar state employee to a truck farmer to running a food business!
They are a small family business, and although they are growing the business to supply a larger demand, they will always keep the artisinal quality you can only get out of using fresh-picked produce and making the preserves in very small batches.
