Westwind Orchard’s vinegars, hand-bottled at a family-run organic farm in upstate New York, are everything you need to refresh your pantry—and they’re good enough to drink by themselves. Laura Ferrara, a co-owner of the farm, simply dilutes the vinegar with sparkling water, saying “It's so delicious and so great for your body and the balance of your system." Of course, they’re also delicious in salads—the raspberry vinegar has a fruity-tart kick that pairs perfectly with a touch of olive oil, and the honey cider flavor has a sweet side that cuts bitter lettuces like radicchio.
