Shrub & Co was founded to reinvigorate the use of shrubs in what they affectionally refer to as the "libationary arts". They collaborate with bartenders to come up with handcrafted products, sourced from organic fruits. They value experimentation and discovery but have a healthy respect for the classics. The best part of their approach is that you won’t require a degree in food science to read their labels.
