Get jiggle with it.

This traditional English pudding mold (c. 1880) has been meticulously restored and polished to a high gleam by Coppermill Kitchen. It was originally used for pudding and jelly confections (which we like the sound of a lot). If that’s not on your baking bucket list, however, it would be pretty darn perfect for making bread pudding or an ice cream cake—and we’re dying to see it as a centerpiece, packed with white hydrangeas. This carefully restored mold is stamped on the exterior with the name of its 19th-century maker, “Benham and Sons,” a firm established in 1870 and known to produce the same quality copperware as Benham and Froud, and their trademark belt buckle mark is stamped on it as well, which reads “Wigmore St London, Benham and Sons Ltd.” Never has dessert been more storied.
