Stainless Steel Wok
The unique construction of this wok—raised stainless steel patterning over a slightly recessed layer of nonstick coating—means that you can get the browning action of a stainless steel pan while still being able to use metal utensils. We’re loving it for no-stick stir fry, but it can also go in the oven: Each wok is heat safe up to 500 degrees.
