Cheese Storage Paper & Bags (Bundle)
+ $ shipping surcharge
Manufactured in France and used by the finest cheese purveyors, cheese storage paper and cheese storage bags preserve the stinky, salty, grassy, and nutty flavors of your favorite cheeses. The two-ply paper has a smooth coating similar to wax paper, and allows cheese to breathe while maintaining optimal humidity, preventing the cheese from drying out and making the flavor last much longer. A set includes one box of fifteen cheese storage sheets (to fold up on your own), one box of fifteen cheese storage bags (that fold to close), and thirty labels to keep track of what's inside and when you put it in the fridge. Cheese crazy? Order the two set bundle so you'll never be without.

Meet the Maker
Let's get this out of the way, because it was the first thing we asked, too: “formaticum” was first used by Roman Legionnaires to describe compressed curds of milk (essentially, cheese!). Back in present day, Mark Goldman was sampling cheese in Paris when he realized each type was wrapped differently, impacting the flavor. He set out to find the première cheese packaging manufacturers in France and has since dedicated his life to defending cheese's flavor. It's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it.View Full Profile
