Sriracha is practically as ubiquitous as ketchup these days, but Bushwick Kitchen's twist on the popular hot sauce is keeping us from falling into sriracha fatigue. Made and bottled in Brooklyn, and using ingredients sourced from the Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains, it’s spiked with gochujang for an extra dimension of flavor. Gochujang, a staple in Korean cooking, is a dark red paste made from fermented chili peppers with a hint of sweetness. Combined with sriracha, it’s a match made in spicy heaven. Top your eggs, stir into soup, marinate meat... the possibilities are endless!
