Use this slim spatula to turn meat or seafood (although note: it’s not as paper-thin as a fish spatula), or evenly brown both sides of a flapjack or fritter. The generous slots will allow oil to drip away from your food as you flip. Make room in your utensil drawer for a welcome, brassy twist on your steadfast stainless steel or plastic spatulas (the more the merrier, right?) Our one word of advice: never flip too early!
