Brass Egg Spoon
Like an elevator for your eggs, we use this brass egg spoon for gently lowering and lifting them in and out of boiling water. The center-less spoon provides a space to securely nestle an egg without fear of it rolling around willy-nilly (like you’d get with a regular spoon). With no more crash landings (and tragic cracks), our eggs have never felt safer.
