Sizzles!
Love these skillets as much as I do my cast iron. Once seasoned, this cooks effortlessly — from fried eggs to steaks to ‘roasted’ potatoes.
I am in LOVE
I love this pan! I got it in the 12 inch, and plan to buy it soon in the 8 inch. When cared for properly it creates a great seasoning and can function as a nonstick pan. I bought this to help me hopefully eliminate my remaining nonstick pans, and it does the trick for me!
Best skillet ever!
See comments on the smaller fry pan. Just love these. Great price...love the size of this one. It rivals cast iron. Gets hot hot hot so it's great for skillet steaks and/or other thin protein -- flattened chicken breast sprinkled with sweet curry comes out a bit crisp on the outside and nice and moist within. Yum.
