Food52 keeps it fresh.
Our favorite way to keep cheese, bread (and more!) fresh, just got a Food52 twist: we designed an exclusive dotted windowpane print that mingles with our signature "52"! Bee’s Wrap is made from wax with jojoba oil—just use your hands to warm it up and mold it around the end of a baguette, the top of a bowl, or a wedge of cheese. As the wax cools, it hardens and seals, keeping your foods like new. The best part? It’s reusable—just hand wash and let air dry. Choose from a variety pack (2 each of 3 sizes, for a total of 6 wraps) or a pack of 1 baguette wrap and 1 bread wrap (for a total of 2 wraps).
Variety pack includes (2) Small, (2) Medium, and (2) Large. Baguette & Bread Wrap includes (1) Baguette wrap and (1) Bread Wrap.

New Haven, VT
Good food has always been central to Sarah Kaeck's home life in Vermont: her family life revolves around the garden and kitchen. All that cooking translated to food that needed to be kept fresh, and she wasn't about to get on board with any old plastic wrap. So she took fabric, coated it with beeswax, and found the viable alternative. We've never been so excited to store our food.View Full Profile
