These heavy copper molds are Dehillerin-made and date back to the late 1800s, about 60 years after the shop first opened. They’re made from a thick gauge of copper sport a hand hammered finish and are stamped with “E Dehillerin 8 Rue, Couquilliere Paris,” the address of its maker.
