Staub Cast Iron Covered Fish Pan
Heads up! Promotions do not apply to this item.
There’s something slightly intimidating about roasting a whole fish for dinner. But it’s one of the simplest, most unfussy one-pan meals we can think of, and Staub’s handsome covered cast iron pan makes the job even quicker and easier. It’s long and wide enough to handle whole fish, but is also perfect for cooking several filets. In addition to providing the superior heat distribution we’ve come to love in all of Staub’s cast iron, the slightly textured interior of this fish pan has been specially formulated to give it additional heat resistance (up to 500° F). The rougher surface also results in better browning, and the tight-fitting lid (with a snazzy brass knob) keeps in moisture for tender and flaky results every time.
