Staub Cast Iron Lid Holder

Lean on me.
Perhaps you, like us, are guilty of splattering up your countertop by plopping down your Staub cocotte pot lids in the middle of cooking saucy stews and bubbly braises. This cast iron lid holder acts as a secure resting spot for your Staub lids, catching errant drips and messes before they ever have a chance to hit your countertop. Rubber tips on the base of the holder protect your countertop, a removable silicone drip protector easily washes clean, and the holder works with cast iron or glass lids from 2.75-quart to 7-quart cocottes.
Lid not included.

Meet the Maker
It's hard to look at the French company's picturesque cast iron and ceramic wares and not daydream about the *magnifique* things you'll make in them. Staub specializes in enameled cast iron cookware made in Alsace, which makes for superior browning and heat retention (perfect for those hours-long braises). The pieces work hard, but they’re pretty enough to go straight from stovetop/oven to the table. They take on a variety of shapes and colors, but we're partial to the cocottes with a deep blue hue and brass knobs exclusive to our Shop.View Full Profile
