We did start the fire.

In our minds, a great burger is only as good as the grill it’s cooked on. Which is why we love charcoal grills for that inimitable, smoke-kissed grill flavor. Whether you’re totally new to charcoal grilling altogether or looking for an alternative to lighter fluid and other chemical accelerants, a charcoal starter is one of the quickest ways to create a glowing pile of red-hot charcoal. This version can hold almost 5 pounds of charcoal, and is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (it won't rust!) that’s designed to stand up to all the barbecues you can humanly fit into your summer. Simply place a piece of crumpled newspaper or a paraffin fire starter in the bottom, fill it up with charcoal, and set in the base of your grill. Use a lit match to light the newspaper through one of the holes in the bottom of the starter and within 15 to 20 minutes, you’ll be ready to grill.
