Owner and chief candy maker Jami Curl has the sort of job we can't help but envy: she oversees production of gumdrops, caramels, marshmallows, lollipops, fruit chews, and sour hard candies at QUIN in Portland Oregon. It's not all fluff though: they're focused on making the best candy they possibly can with the best ingredients they can get their hands on. Top notch ingredients, small batch production, and a lot of sugar: we're in.
