ZWILLING Carrara Nonstick Ceramic Fry Pan
The new nonstick.
Heads up! Additional promotions do not apply to this item.
Our love of ceramic cookware is no secret, so we’re thrilled to add this forged aluminum pan with a nonstick ceramic coating to our arsenal. Ceramic is one of your best bets if you’re looking for an alternative to PFOA-treated pans (that dark, slippery coating we normally think of when we think of nonstick). The durable coating makes it a longer-lasting choice than traditional nonsticks, and the pan’s aluminum core is ideal for conducting heat quickly and evenly. It’s bound to become a regular part of your pot-and-pan rotation for jobs like scrambled eggs and searing fish—just make sure to store it separately from the rest of your collection in between uses to protect the ceramic from wear.
The ZWILLING Carrara Nonstick Ceramic Fry Pan has a heavyweight feel and is made with care in Italy. Features include:
- Nonstick ceramic coating that is scratch and abrasion resistant. It’s PTFE & PFOA-free (environmentally friendly and all-natural);
- Oven safe up to 300˚F / 150˚C;
- Requires little to no oil for impeccable searing, frying, and browning;
- Rivetless interior for easy cleaning;
- Forged aluminum construction ensures that the heat is distributed evenly;
- Compatibility with all cook tops, including induction;
- Closed aluminum rim = keeps chipping at bay;
- Ergonomically shaped stay-cool handle.

Care & Notes +-
Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended. To remove burnt food from pan, soak pan in hot water for 30 minutes. Clean using a soft cloth, sponge, or plastic scrub. Avoid using steel wool, nylon scrubbing pads, or abrasive cleaning products on ceramic surface.
Allow pan to cool completely before washing, as drastic changes in temperature can weaken ceramic coating.
Ceramic coating is non-reactive.
To preserve coating, use only wooden, silicone, plastic or nylon utensils on pan. Avoid using metal utensils in pan as they can scratch the ceramic coating. Never cut food in the pan.
Use low to medium heat on cooktop when using pan, as high heat can damage the ceramic surface.
Recommended that you use a small amount of oil or butter to coat surface of the pan, as it will increase longevity of the ceramic coating. Avoid using cooking sprays as they can lead to residue build up over time.
To store pan, separate from other cookware or use a napkin or other protector (such as a Lid Master) to protect the ceramic surface from wear.
