Specialty lids are compatible with any 3L Rosti Margrethe Mixing Bowl. The Grating/Slicing lid comes with three plates: 2 for grating (a finer one for ginger, zest, and parmesan, and a coarser one for cheese) and 1 for slicing (think cucumbers, carrots, apples, and potatoes).
The Anti-Splash lid is an ingenious addition for immersion blender loyalists: the mixer fits right into the opening and the lid is transparent so you can see what’s happening to your batter inside. The opening has a sealer so you can fully close the lid if you plan to store it in the fridge.
