Just as with their charcuterie, these pickles are handcrafted in small batches with the finest whole ingredients, sourced from local farms in the Pacific Northwest. Every month you (or your favorite pickle lover, if you’re feeling generous) will receive one 9-ounce jar of these spectacular veggies, from gingery pickled beets to spicy giardiniera to herby cocktail onions.
