For the meat tooth in your life.
If your sweetheart is actually a meat heart, then there’s really no better gift than this box from Olympia Provisions. The heart-shaped box contains salamis and pepperettes from four different nations, because variety is the spice of life (but so are paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano...). It's a cavalcade of beautifully cured and flavored pork phenoms that could satisfy anyone's meat tooth.

Details & Materials -
Finocchiona is a traditional Tuscan salami with garlic, black pepper & fennel. Chorizo Rioja is a Spanish-style salami with both sweet & smoked paprika, garlic & oregano. Loukanika is a Greek salami flavored with equal parts garlic & cumin, and a touch of orange zest. Flaco Paco is a Spanish-inspired pepperette that is smoked and flavored with paprika and garlic. Petite Pierre is French-inspired pepperette that is smoked and flavored with juniper and sea salt.
Salamis are 4.5 ounces each; pepperettes come 3to a pack and are 2 ounces total.
Care & Notes -
Gift box includes 1 each of the Finocchiona, Chorizo Rioja, and Loukanika salamis, and 1 pack each of the Flaco Paco and Petite Pierre pepperettes.
All salamis and pepperettes are pork-based.
Refrigerate upon receipt. Salami naturally dries and hardens as it ages; store your wrapped salami in the refrigerator to slow the aging process, and enjoy it as soon as you can. Salami is a shelf-stable product, meaning it has no expiration dat; it will dry out the more it sits out, but it will never truly go bad.
