Attention bakers, tea-timers, and proud patissiers: our beloved glass cake stand has a new look. The fine folks at Mosser—the small family-owned and -operated Ohio company that uses original molds and machinery from nearly half a century ago to make these beauties—have added to our collection of colorful vintage-y cake stands with this purple edition (that's Pantone’s color of the year, FYI). They’re ideal for showing off tiered cakes, fruit tarts, and piles of cookies, and they’re also the perfect pedestal for a couple of pillar candles when they’re not doing dessert duty. Oh, and because each piece is hand-crafted, swirls and slight color variations are totally normal and actually made them extra one-of-a-kind.
