Black Summer Truffle
Truffles for a trifle.
Mikuni Wild Harvest ships out their fresh truffles via overnight delivery Mondays through Thursday. This way, your truffles will arrive by week's end and won't sit in a warehouse over the weekend! If you order on a Friday, please allow additional shipping time. Your patience will be rewarded!
To our friends in Alaska and Hawaii: Because these truffles have to ship overnight to guarantee they're at their freshest, we are unable to ship them to either location. We only want the best for you!
You read that right: We’ve got Italian truffles in the middle of summer for less than $50. It’s time to take those seasonal veggies and grilled meats up a level—but make that rich, heady truffle aroma the centerpiece. You’ll want to grate or slice these babies up paper thin for maximum flavor exposure. Try pairing them up with unassuming ingredients that won’t take center stage, like chicken breasts or creamy, fatty dishes like fondue. But most importantly, sit back and savor those flavors, however you cook ‘em up.

Care & Notes +-
Always refrigerate truffles and do not wash truffles with water—simply brush them off with a soft brush. At most, use a slightly damp paper towel to brush any existing dirt off the truffles, but only do this right before use.
Fresh truffles are best used within a day or two of arrival, but will keep for up to 7 days of receipt in the refrigerator.
Truffles are sold based on weight rather than quantity. Each truffle purchased is equivalent to 1 ounce of truffle.
