Truffle twist.

There’s three heat levels here: mild, mild white truffle, and hot. (Psst…the sampler set lets you try all of 'em.)

  • Mild: A blend of ripe chili peppers, organic agave nectar, black truffle, and savory spices. It clocks in at 2,300–3,000 SHU (Scoville heat units), which is similar to a milder jalapeño pepper.

  • Mild White Truffle: A curated blend of ripe chili peppers, organic agave nectar, white truffle, and a hint of organic coriander. It hits at around 2,500–3,000 SHU, which is like eating a milder jalapeño.

  • Hot: A jalapeño-rich blend of red chili peppers, black truffle, black truffle oil, organic agave nectar, red habanero powder, organic cumin, and organic coriander. It climbs to 4,500–5,000 SHU, which is like a semi-hot jalapeño.
