Smoke-y says.
Your next cocktail party will be on fire with this trick of the mixology trade. For a sophisticated, camp-y infusion, tuck your bourbon under that glass dome and use the handheld smoker to add a little intrigue to your happy hour (wood chips are included too). But don’t stop there! Cheese, meat (or anything you fancy really—but gouda is always a winner) can also go right on the black walnut base for some fancy smoke treatment.

Novelty Item
This is pretty cool for adding another level of flavor to your cocktails...think smoky negronis or margaritas. However, if you don't have the storage space it does take up a bit of space under the counter. If you have the space, it's kinda cool to use for the ooohs and ahhhs for your friends!
