This stunning collection of one-of-a-kind finds from Coppermill Kitchen has been well-loved for generations, and now you can only get it here at Food52. This deep saute pan has a shape and depth similar to that of a wok. It's 2mm thick, with a hand-shaped steel handle and hand-cut keyhole for hanging. It was crafted circa 1880.
