Designed by famed Japanese chef Remi Hirano, this pan is a space-saving wonder—the kind you might need to see to believe. For one, the lid rests easily on its side for low-profile storage, but that handle is so much more than a prop. The groove inside means utensils can slip right through it, giving them the perfect place to rest (and keeping countertops spic and span). When the lid is off, the pan's handle magnetizes directly to your utensil. Made from cast aluminum, the pan conducts heat efficiently so food cooks speedily, it and even has a little steam outlet so spills won’t have a chance.
