This set of three (a casserole, roasting dish, and stew pot) takes us back to Emile Henry’s early days—literally. They’re one of the first styles he ever dreamed up in the late 1850s. So cozy up with an old-world beef stew or maybe a hearty lentil soup and watch them cook effortlessly on the stovetop or in the oven. Oh, and cleanup? A little soapy water and you’re done.
