pretty and practical for countertop use
I'll be honest, I bought this not to store bread, but as an elegant countertop catch-all for all the **** that gets scattered around my kitchen... paper napkins, half-eaten snacks, printed recipes, etc. It was the most affordable one I found that still looks great, and it's definitely doing the trick. I appreciate that the inside is easy to wipe out and it's big enough to hold a lot without looking clunky. Can't speak to its bread storage ability but it looks and feels beautiful.

Love the Look
I've had this bin for four months. It does not keep bakery products well that are wrapped in plastic--results in mold overnight. Transfer products to paper bag for longer life. The flaw is no breathing hole in the tin bin. Not sure how to rectify this issue. The other issue is the top falls into the bin when trying to take it off or on--no way to pick it up easily. I really want to love this but it needs major modification to be efficient.

Lovely addition to my counter
This really keeps my rye bread fresh. Been a week now. Very happy. Easy to clean and nice to look at.
