Staub
France
It's hard to look at the French company's picturesque cast iron and ceramic wares and not daydream about the *magnifique* things you'll make in them. Staub specializes in enameled cast iron cookware made in Alsace, which makes for superior browning and heat retention (perfect for those hours-long braises). The pieces work hard, but they’re pretty enough to go straight from stovetop/oven to the table. They take on a variety of shapes and colors, but we're partial to the cocottes with a deep blue hue and brass knobs exclusive to our Shop.

Absolute PERFECTION
I truly love all Staub products and this collaboration with FOOD52 is magnificent. The color is vibrant, the size is PERFECT. So glad to finally have found the perfect small skillet.
So handy and lovely to look at
I bought this on a whim but we use it almost every day. So handy and yet lovely to look at. A great addition to your pantry.
Perfect size for a solo breakfast
I love the heft and color of this little fry pan. I poach/fry an egg often for an extra dose of protein to My meals. This cleans up nicely and shares space easily with my larger frying pan.
Staub reliably makes beautiful and well produced pots and pans.
