Vintage copper lends an easy, warm elegance to any home without all the stuffiness. This stunning collection of one-of-a-kind finds from Coppermill Kitchen has been well-loved for generations, and now you can only get it here at Food52.
Crafted circa 1880, this tower-shaped mould was made by the famous house of Trottier of Paris, known for making the finest tools for pastry chef and chateau cuisine. It’s fun to imagine all the fanciful cakes this once made (just look at those miniature domes and turrets!). It’s also got a built-in ring so you can easily display it on the wall.
