Vintage Copper Swiss Flag Baking Dish, Late 19th Century
Heads up! Promotions do not apply to this item.
Vintage copper lends an easy, warm elegance to any home without all the stuffiness. This stunning collection of one-of-a-kind finds from Coppermill Kitchen has been well-loved for generations, and now you can only get it here at Food52.
This truly unique copper baking dish from the late 19th century once served up rich sides at elegant dinners (how dreamy!). The lid overlaps for a snug fit, while hand-cut copper handles on each side make carrying it a breeze. You’ll find the initials “B.C.F./H.C.” on both the lid and the pot itself, denoting the owner or family name. Our favorite feature? The little Swiss and British flag designs which show it was made in England for Switzerland. How neat.
All items from Coppermill Kitchen are final sale. Items may vary slightly from what is pictured.
