Just pack in up to two pounds of your favorite meat or vegetable mixture for eight perfectly shaped, 4-ounce patties—and store in the fridge (or easily stack in the freezer!) until you’re ready to fire up the grill. (Fun fact: This guy also helps prevent pesky freezer burn by individually sealing each patty.) Wanna prep, portion, and freeze soup or sauce for a quick midweek meal? This is great for that, too. When you’re finished with it, this dynamo is dishwasher safe.
