Food52 Marble Board
Pie & pastry's best pal.
To celebrate our 10th anniversary, we’ve rolled out a slew of new, limited-edition products. Better than a party favor? You bet. This board was such a Shop-favorite that we couldn’t keep it in stock...and now as a 10-year anniversary treat, we’re bringing it back in its most popular size. It’s just as versatile as ever: The marble stays cool to the touch, helping keep dough and the like at the perfect temp. (In other words, pies and croissants will stay nice and flaky.) It’s a gold-star surface for tempering chocolate, too. Oh, and with those natural good looks, it’s a picture-perfect serving board for cheese, charcuterie, fruit, and whatever else you may fancy. Is there anything this wonder can’t do?

Care & Notes +-
Marble is a porous, natural material and stains easily. Avoid using colorful foods like berries and beets on it. It is also advised not to cut lemons or other acidic items on the board, as acid will cause staining. If you do spill something on it, wipe it up immediately. Hand wash and avoid placing hot surfaces directly on top of the boards. May be treated with marble cleaner or vegetable-based impregnator.
