It’s made from breathable birch for ventilation, has a terra-cotta brick for regulating humidity, and features a vaulted ceiling for controlling condensation. (So, basically, it’s cheese heaven.) Oh, and who can resist that exclusive to us grey leather toggle with the brass finish? This one’s handmade in East Durham, New York, and it’s so stunning that we can’t wait to store our favorite bites out on the counter—and then set it front and center for easy entertaining.

Our exclusive take on the small mezzo cheese grotto, this wonder comes with an ultra-durable paperstone shelf that looks just like slate...and can glide right onto the table for serving. (It even comes with chalk for labeling!) We’re big fans of the one with the included hygrometer—that way we know just how much moisture our favorite cheeses are getting.
