History has it that French cavalry soldiers invented "Sabrage" -- a quick way to open Champagne bottles by shearing the top off with a sword. Though it might be easier to just pop the cork, this is one of the best party tricks we've ever seen. It's surprisingly simple to master the technique, and the saber itself is a matchless culinary conversation piece.
