Pierre pan.

Come for the cool factor, stay for the quality. Everyone knows a copper pan makes a gorgeous, glowing addition to any kitchen, but less well-known are copper’s amazing qualities as a culinary material. It’s able to conduct heat quickly and evenly, plus it cools quickly when removed from heat (so you can get really precise with your temps). This classic French sauté pan is no exception: It was made in around 1950, and it shines just as bright 70 years on.
