Emile Henry Ceramic Sprouter
Bring spring inside.
Keep fresh, crunchy herbs on hand by growing them right at home (and spare yourself from a few trips to the grocery store while you’re at it). This handy sprouter has an ingenious system that layers trays of ceramic, each made from high-fired Burgundy clay that’s extra-hardy and dishwasher-safe. Here’s how it works: On the bottom, there’s a piece that collects excess water—and in the center, a sprouting tray that stays dark for germination. And on top? It’s a space that’s open to the sun and air, ripe and ready for growing healthy, happy sprouts.
