Flaco Paco: Pork, pork fat, paprika, salt, garlic, spices, sodium nitrate, potassium sorbate. Petite Pierre: Pork Trim, fat back, salt, less than 2% of: dextrose, red wine, spices, garlic, sodium nitrite, potassium sorbate, lamb casing.
Saucisson Sec: Pork, pork fat, salt, less than 2% of: garlic, dextrose, water, black pepper, sodium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture.
Chorizo Rioja: Pork, pork fat, spices, salt, less than 2% of: garlic, dextrose, water, oregano, sodium nitrate, lactic acid starter culture.
Summer Sausage: Pork, pork fat, water, salt, less than 2%: spices, dextrose, garlic, vinegar, marjoram, swiss chard powder, natural flavors, lactic acid culture.
