A natural beauty.

Wondering about the lines and dots on this tablecloth? They’re inspired by the hexagrams found in the I Ching or “Book of Changes,” an ancient Chinese divination text. This particular design represents nature’s richness and power to nourish—how appropriate—and it’s all hand block-printed in a small Massachusetts factory using non-toxic ink. Oh, and that soft fabric? It’s 100% linen that gets even softer with love and use (perfect since we’ll be keeping this one at the table for a while).

Meet the Maker

Caroline Z. Hurley

Brooklyn, NY
Caroline Z. Hurley’s journey started with fabric, created using simple shapes and the sense of place she found in travel. Demand for her textiles quickly grew, and now, she and her team remain dedicated to hand-making pieces that help us create a sense of home in our little corners in the world. Everything is crafted using time-honored techniques—block-printing, quilting, and weaving, to name a few—all in one of the last remaining textile factories in the US still producing textiles by hand (wow).
