Each caramel starts with a base of: Fresh milk, fresh cream, cane sugar, inverted cane sugar, tapioca syrup, butter (cream, salt), and molasses.
Flavors have the following mix-ins
Cape Cod Sea Salt: Sea salt, vanilla extract.
Tapped Maple: Pure maple syrup, vanilla extract.
Classic Vanilla: Salt, vanilla extract.
Deep Chocolate: Salt, vanilla extract, chocolate liquor (Dutch-processed).
Black Lava Sea Salt: Salt, vanilla extract, Hawaiian black sea salt (sea salt, activated charcoal).
Single-malt Scotch: Salt, single malt Scotch. Rosemary Truffle Sea Salt: Truffle sea salt (sea salt, truffle mushroom), fresh rosemary.
Dark Roasted Mocha: Salt, vanilla extract, chocolate liquor (Dutch-processed), fresh ground coffee bean.
Ginger Fusion: Salt, fresh ginger.
Cinnamon Clove: Cinnamon, clove.
Chocolate Peppermint: Chocolate liquor (Dutch-processed), peppermint extract, peppermint schnapps.
Sampler Set: Case measures 4.25" W x 9.60" L x 2.10" H; 8.4oz. Each set contains six sampler pouches (two of each flavor). Each pouch contains about 5 pieces of caramel (so there's about 30 pieces per case).
Gift Set: Each set contains two packages of caramel (one of each flavor). Each package measures 2.50" D x 6.75" H; 5.5oz. There are 17 to 20 pieces of caramel in each package.
Small Party Box: Measures 5.50" W x 5.65" L x 2.75" H; 12oz. Contains about 40 pieces (10 of each flavor).
Large Party Box: Measures 8.50" W x 8.50" L x 3.00" H; 23oz. Contains about 80 pieces (20 of each flavor).
Variety Set: Measures 5.50" W x 5.66" L x 2.75" H; 10.5 oz. Contains 36 pieces (about four of each flavor).
