La Maison du Chocolat’s truffles already had us at “chocolate,” and then we were delighted to hear even more. Each confection here is whipped, airy ganache, finished off with chocolate and a dusting of cocoa powder. (Snag the dark chocolate for a classic take, or spring for champagne cognac–infused for an extra-special treat.) It all gets its flavor from French master chef Nicolas Cloiseau—and what fine flavor it is.

Dark Chocolate Truffles: Dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla natural flavoring), cream, butter, cocoa paste, invert sugar, cocoa powder.
Champagne Cognac Truffles: Dark chocolate (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla natural flavoring), cream, cognac fine champagne, butter, cocoa powder, glucose syrup, sorbitol, invert sugar.
6.10" W x 8.70" L x 1.40" H; 30 truffles.

Store in a cool, dry place. Best if eaten within 4 weeks of receiving.
Allergy note: These chocolates contain soy and dairy. They are made in a facility that also processes peanuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, wheat, and sesame seeds.
