La Maison du Chocolat has been hand-making fine French chocolates since 1977, when master chef Robert Linxe opened his very first boutique in Paris. Their truffles, pralines, bars, and other confections have garnered quite the following over the years, and no wonder—Linxe is now considered by many to be the greatest chocolatier in the world.
